At High Brass Kennels, we pride ourselves in being a safe place for pet owners to leave their pets.

While some pets handle boarding better than others, we try to keep their experience here as positive as we can. All pets are exercised two times per day.

High Brass Kennels offers you and your pet the choice of an Indoor/Outdoor facility or an Indoor Facility. We have four (4) heated indoor/outdoor kennel runs and ten (10) kennel runs in our newly built indoor facility. The new portion of the kennel (that contains the indoor runs) offers in-floor heat where the temperature is kept at 60 degrees at the floor. This ensures that even house pets will remain comfortable. Use of his/her own bed, blanket, toys etc is welcomed.

 

Vaccination Requirements

For the safety of our High Brass Labradors and the pets of others we do require proof of vaccinations from your veterinarian. High Brass Kennels requires ALL pets to be current on:

•  Rabies

•  Distemper

•  Bordetella a.k.a. Kennel cough (given at least 2 weeks prior to stay)

 

Feeding Plan

High Brass Kennels offers to you premium dog food that provides a nutritionally balanced diet.

We provide Country Vet Pet Food for your pet to eat while in our care and for you to purchase if you so choose.

 

If your pet is not currently using Country Vet, we do recommend that you bring his/her own food to eliminate digestive upset when your pet returns home with you.
